What is EllieBot?
EllieBot is a feature-rich bot with modules for administration, games, music, utilities, and more.
The history of this project
The EllieBot project was started in 2018 by Toastie_toast.
Here is a timeline of events for Ellie:
- The EllieBot project was created on November 20th 2018.
- v1 hit stable three weeks later.
- v2 was released around a year later.
- v3 was released in September of 2021 due to a lot of issues in the development process (this was also the shortest release cycle for Ellie).
- v4 was released on the 2nd of March 2022.
- v5 was released on the 10th of May 2024.
- As of the time of writing, Ellie is currently on v6 which was released in March of this year.
